A great place to spend free time with family. The rooms are very clean. Prices are not too high. I couldn't meet the owner, but I did meet his son, who was very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and polite.

Good communication with the owner, very clean, access to kitchen/annex, large parking. The owner allowed smoking on the common terrace, and the window of my room was right above it, so I smelled smoke inside. In my opinion, a smoking area should be outside the building.
