I got decent towels, bathroom products, and a well‑fitted kitchen, but the main room had no mirror, the balcony door or window wouldn’t open, pillows were hard to nestle into (Sofitel brand!), coffee pods were missing and the instant coffee was bad, and the biscuits were stale.

The bread was stale because it wasn’t changed daily, but everything else was fine.
