Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I had a fantastic overnight stay while attending the Cheltenham festival; the food was superb with prompt and friendly service, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and the whole place has character, including an excellent spacious session. Nothing negative.

The breakfast, room and staff were all excellent, and I couldn't be more impressed with the overall service.

We paid for a room in a typical local hotel, but upon arrival we were directed to a new building that required passing almost through the kitchen, spa, and a bar, with a completely different style and décor, built over a spa that ran all night with noisy ventilation and maintenance machines…a nightmare.

The location is lovely, quiet, and the bar and restaurant are great; the staff are impeccable. I would have liked air conditioning, but I opened the window instead.

The spa facilities were very good, breakfast was average, but the girls serving were very polite and helpful. A very rude kitchen manager insisted that every meal be ordered quickly, not allowing guests time to choose; he was also rude to overseas patrons who happen to own a top‑class restaurant in Kansas, America, and they were not pleased. Evening meals should not be rushed and should be in a relaxed environment, which this was not.
