Nestled amid the Zillertal Alps, Hotel Pinzger Tux offers sunny, unobstructed mountain and glacier views from its central Tux-Lanersbach location. Rooms feature balconies, while a spa boasts four saunas, a steam bath, Jacuzzi, infrared cabin, and 4 pm–8 pm opening. Guests enjoy a café bar, sun terrace, garden, playground, and easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking.

The beds were comfy, the breakfast spread was generous and tasty, and the location right in Tux’s center was spot on – only 80 m to the bus stop and a nice balcony to enjoy. The only downside was the 10 a.m. checkout, which felt too soon since breakfast ran until then, and the duvet was a bit too heavy for summer.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt like home – spotless rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a receptionist who patiently answered every question. The young lady at breakfast was equally attentive, always ready to help. Everything else was top‑notch: cleanliness, service, friendliness, and a cozy vibe. The only thing that left us wanting more was how quickly the days slipped by; we’d love to stay longer.

Breakfast was solid, though a wider selection and a fresh‑juice option would have been nice. The hotel itself is spacious, with a restaurant, bar, and sunny terrace. Local cuisine is better found elsewhere. The wellness area opens at 3 p.m., but many saunas were out of service; only the large sauna and whirlpool worked, and there were no cups for water in the sauna zone.
