The room was comfortable and spacious, the spa was pleasant, and the restaurant’s cuisine was excellent; breakfast was varied and high quality. The location at the foot of the Pilat is great, though some equipment is starting to show wear.

The dinner was excellent and the bed was comfortable, but the room looked a bit bleak—pictures and better furniture would help.

The room view was nice, but the reception staff and the owner were awful. We booked a family room with two double beds, yet we only got a single bed and no alternative was offered except a 5 cm thick mattress on the floor, which nobody could sleep on. We asked for a 50 % refund on the first night, but were offered only 20 %, with no apology or explanation. We will never return.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was comfortable, and we dined at the bar where the tapas selection was excellent and varied.
