I was pleasantly surprised by the room; I really liked the layout and the attention to small details. A diffuser in the room gave it a very pleasant and relaxing scent. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. From my second‑floor room, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the palm trees and surrounding greenery, which made the stay feel very peaceful. The hotel itself was very quiet, so I could relax and get a really good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I would also like to mention Ms Anh at reception, who was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Nothing significant was lacking; I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly, especially Mme FO SUING and Mme ANH who were very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and away from the city’s bustle. Breakfast was tasty. The only downside was that the bathtub in the bathroom isn’t suitable for children.

I loved this stay. The location is great, and the place is pretty and charming, perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful spot. I’ve stayed in various parts of Hoi An—beach, Old Town, and now here. My room was very comfortable with a view of the coconut grove. Breakfast was excellent and meticulous, from the variety to the presentation: fresh fruit, breads, cakes, juices, and eggs made to order. The team was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The sheets and pillows were white and clean—those are the key points for me. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was very amiable. I didn’t jot down everyone’s names, but I especially thank Ms Anh, Suong, Ni, and Kha; I felt truly welcome. A suggestion: the hotel could offer bicycles as part of the stay at no extra charge. For me, traveling alone for a few days, it would be a small cost, but it could be a nice perk for families, especially since other hotels in the area provide them for a similar daily rate. Just a tip.
