The hotel’s location is excellent, the staff are courteous, and the room is comfortable and fully equipped, offering great value for the price. The breakfast could be more varied.

We loved everything at this hotel: the stunning view of the Faraglioni and Marina Piccola, the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. The shuttle service was a great perk for exploring Capri and Anacapri. We dined a few times at the hotel and the food was excellent, served with care. Our room was spacious and comfortable, split into two separate rooms—perfect for two teenage girls—connected by a small corridor to the bathroom. The sea view was fabulous. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, the pool, and a trip to the beach at Marina Piccola. No complaints.

The location is fantastic and stunning. The free shuttle ran every 5 minutes or on demand. The pool was great and there were plenty of snacks and food, all reasonably priced. On the last day at checkout we discovered an unrecognized charge added to our bill; reception removed it, but I overheard them discussing us not liking it in Spanish, which felt unprofessional. They should keep personal opinions out of billing matters.
