The place smelled bad, was not clean, and the property felt dark.

The hospitality feels 5 Star, with hosts and staff who are always ready to help; the breakfast is amazing, the location is safe and close to shops and the beach, and there’s a wonderful view of the harbour while the rooms are sooo comfy. Nothing is missing—everything is just perfect.
