“Absolutely phenomenal location, views, room, and staff!”

The spot was amazing, with a stunning balcony overlooking the whole town and everything within easy walking distance; it’s right next to the town center and the staff pointed out some fantastic restaurants. Has Cave Konak is an old cave hotel with classic cave rooms, and we stayed in a deluxe room that was beautiful, unique, and roomy. The hotel also offers many tours, so we booked a last‑minute hot air balloon ride through them and it was well organized and unforgettable. A big shout‑out to Yusuf, whose English was excellent and who made our stay wonderful by being welcoming and super helpful—he handled every request promptly. Birsen, the cook, was also fantastic; breakfast was delicious and she was very caring. Thanks to all the other staff as well. We had an amazing stay and felt right at home, especially thanks to Yusuf and Birsen. The only downside was that our room wasn’t cleaned during the two days we were there, which is the only thing that could use improvement; otherwise we were very happy.

For anyone visiting Cappadocia, Ürgüp is the best choice, and it’s worth experiencing the underground house, which the Has Konak suite covered perfectly. The hotel’s location is just two steps from the center, and the atmosphere of the underground suite combined with the solid, well‑made furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful handmade rugs, courteous staff, and very good breakfast made our stay enjoyable. Thank you! On the negative side, keep showing interest so that any missing details can be filled in.

“La excelente atención y colaboración de todos sus integrantes”

The hotel's unique cave-like design was a major draw for me, and I found it to be both attractive and cozy. However, I did notice that the hotel could use a bit more maintenance to keep it looking its best. Despite this, the hotel's value for money made up for it.

“A great 4 nights”

My stay had its ups and downs - I appreciated the swift support from Sadik when I encountered a credit card issue, and Mehmet went above and beyond to ensure my comfort by upgrading my room and checking in regularly. However, I was bothered by cigarette smoke in common areas and was surprised by an unexpected charge from a restaurant I hadn't visited, which Mehmet thankfully resolved promptly. Overall, the staff's responsiveness and helpfulness made a big difference.
