The accommodation is beautiful, located in a very central neighborhood that lets you walk to almost every corner of Venice. It’s a tastefully renovated house, very pretty, fully equipped with TV, air conditioning, kitchen access, a personal fridge. The rooms are huge with a little lounge area. There are coffee capsules and infusions available. The host is charming, nice to meet a real person, and gave us helpful tips. Absolutely recommended, luxurious. Many thanks to the host.

The bed was very comfortable. Some of the walls near the room entrance looked a bit worn and could use repairs.

The location is perfect, for Venice it’s reasonably priced, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Minor issues: the shower is open and splashes water into the room, and the bed isn’t especially comfortable.

The place is quiet and free of noise. The bathroom was very small, water from the shower would accumulate, leaving the floor perpetually wet.
It was very good and the owner was very polite. The palace was clean and well maintained.
