The place was quiet and the staff were friendly, but what I didn’t like was that when most of the guests left for their last night, they enjoyed a rich dessert buffet and a hearty dinner, while the next day the few remaining guests had a very limited lunch and dinner with no desserts. That’s a shame – the service should always be the same for everyone, we all pay the same price.

The location, parking, and evening entertainment for kids were good, but the furniture was poorly maintained, there were hairs in the beds, a spider in the bathroom, and the check‑in lacked basic information (breakfast times, dinner pricing and menu selection, TV remote held in the key box). The hot tub and sauna weren’t working.

We could barely eat anything for breakfast; two coffee machines were broken. The crowd was large and the staff couldn’t serve everyone—there simply wasn’t enough food.

The mountain view was nice, but the hotel clearly needs a renovation and better upkeep. In several areas, including the pool, there was a musty smell, giving the impression of neglect. The service was disorganized; they put in a lot of effort but seemed inexperienced. When we arrived for breakfast, nothing was available: no croissants, no coffee, no milk because of a series of unforeseen problems that weren’t handled.

We stayed just one night and can’t wait to return! The food was good, the newly renovated property is great, and the staff are top‑class.
