Friendly hosts and a generous, personalized breakfast that left me satisfied.
The owner was great, right in the city, and we had a comfortable tour; the parking was inside the facility and worked well, the breakfast was excellent, and the owner was helpful and always smiling, plus the balcony was a nice touch, though one night wasn’t enough to fully enjoy it. The only drawback was that our room felt very small for us.
“We loved our stay”
We paid extra for the balcony‑view room and were glad we did—it felt special. The owners were lovely and very helpful with tips on hidden gems. The breakfast was fabulous and plentiful, we couldn’t finish it! The air‑con worked well, which was a godsend during the heatwave. The kettle, coffee, tea, and mini‑fridge in the room were also very handy. There wasn’t much to complain about, but be aware that the steep hill from town to the hotel and the steep flight of stairs to lift bags (thank God for my hubby!) are worth noting for planning. The bathroom was very tight, with not much room for bags, which is also worth mentioning.
“Mala habitación, peor servicio y desagradable atención Bad room, worse service, and unpleasant staff”
The mattress was fairly comfortable, but we ended up with the worst room in the whole hotel—a cramped space barely fitting the bed, which was pushed up against the wall, missing several promised amenities: the hairdryer didn’t work and the sheets had holes. The “terrace” was only half a metre wide, faced a wall, got almost no natural light and offered a ridiculous paper poster as the only view, which felt like a joke (the photos show it). When we complained about the broken hairdryer, the owner was very rude and only offered her own hairdryer on the condition we return it within thirty minutes. Breakfast was absurd and wasteful, with nearly twenty dishes crammed onto a tiny table, most of which we didn’t order and wouldn’t have chosen, and I hope the untouched leftovers aren’t served to the next guest. To make matters worse, our car got a puncture just twenty metres after leaving the hotel.
“Super”
The staff is kind, room was flean and well equipped (fridge, kettle) and the balfony had a nice view on the Meteoras. We liked the breakfast, which was more than enough for 2 people and had a large choice of products, but we would suggest that maybe some fresh fruit is served instead of another element of the breakfast
