“Gorgeous room shame about the noise on one of the nights.”

The room was beautifully furnished, and the bedding, towels, fixtures and fittings were high quality, yet the nighttime noise on Thursday was extremely loud because my room sat directly above a neighboring bar with karaoke; closing the window helped but otherwise it was terrible. I wouldn’t be discouraged from staying again, but next time I’d definitely request a room on the opposite side of the building. I wish I’d known this beforehand so I could have asked for it.

“Lovely night stay”

The TV in the room was huge, the facilities were lovely and easy to get in and out of, it was very comfortable and well thought out! The location was close to the red jet dock and right in the middle of town. The staff were lovely! The only real issue was that there were very few plugs near the mirrors for the hairdryer, and the communications before arrival were a bit confusing about what you needed to do, but everything worked out fine.

Everything was great, except the room temperature control was very difficult; the room became very hot when the sun was out.

“Perfect”

The property was great and the staff were lovely.

The location was exactly what we wanted, being centrally located in Cowes, but loud music nearby disturbed our sleep and the air‑con unit was very loud.
