The room was spotless, and the facilities were clean as well; I actually had no problems, and I liked that I could always get to the first floor easily.

Very nice facility. Everyone there was nice and personable. Fire alarm going off multiple times and being outside until it was sorted at 1230-1 am

The staff didn’t help with the water system problems; the floor in my room was already damp when I got in, and the water was freezing cold.
