“Delusione. Pezzo assolutamente non conguro con il servizio”
The location is great, absolutely stunning. The service, however, was terrible. In the Chianti region, we were talking about Tuscany… in Chianti… black stains even in the bathrooms. Yet, in a suite that cost 400 euros, I asked—paying for it—if I could have a bottle of red wine in the room; after several call transfers because “no one knew how to help me,” when I asked which labels you had (I was talking about labels), I was told: we have red and white. We went out, got a bottle from a cellar, and solved the problem. No professionalism at all.
“A beautiful hotel , excellent location and lovely staff”
It has so much character and sits in an excellent spot in the village, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. There was nothing to dislike.

Set up and views were great. The restaurant offered super limited food, and overall service was not really noticeable. They didn’t even introduce us to the spa facilities.

We adored the entire hotel—so beautiful, loved the pool and spa, breakfast was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
