“Es war schön , irgendwie fehlt der Charme”

The location is gorgeous, and the rooftop pool is a dream; we love how the hotel balances family-friendly vibes. However, the atmosphere felt unfriendly, and the breakfast buffet was very basic. With three restaurants, it’s surprising that you can only eat there by reservation, and the spa is filled with Buddha statues everywhere.

“Ausser das „nicht Online-Bilder entsprechende Zimmer“ war alles top!”

Super zuvorkommendes Personal, alle mega freundlich. Schöne, moderne Zimmer und TOP Essen in allen drei Restaurants!!!!. Wir haben eine Junior-Suite Gebucht und dann zwar eine Junior-Suite bekommen, jedoch nicht mit dem Badezimmer auf den Online-Bilder sondern ein Bad für Geh-Beeinträchtigte. Es ist super, dass das Hotel solche Zimmer hat! Jedoch war ich sehr enttäuscht, da von diesem, wirklich nicht schönen, Bad kein einziges Bild zu sehen war. Für 760.- pro Nacht wollte ich gerne ein „normales“ junior-suite Badezimmer wie es auf der Website zu sehen ist! Ich finde das geht nicht, wenn man das nicht vorher mit den Gästen anschaut. Genauso wäre es kein Problem wenn es das letzte Zimmer wäre. Dann wären mein Partner und ich ein oder zwei Wochenende später gekommen. Es war jedoch dann kein Problem das Zimmer zu wechseln und wir hatten eine Tolle Nacht im Hotel!

The location is top! The staff’s friendliness is absolutely great. The quality of the food, both in the restaurants and at breakfast, is simply very good. And the Thai massages are the best.
