The location is great and the staff were excellent.

The location is okay, but there was no patio as promised, the mattress was larger than the bed frame making sleep difficult, the bathroom was only moderately clean, and the drain failed.

Even though it’s next to the beach, it’s very comfortable and far from noise despite being central; we arrived at 08:30, the check‑in didn’t open until 14:00, but they immediately gave us a room to rest.
