Everything was bad: it was loud, old, poorly maintained, no one helped with luggage up the stairs, the food was not good, and the entire staff was weird. This is not a five‑star hotel.

A stunning property in a prime spot, full of character and historic charm that made the whole experience feel unique. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. The only downside was the staff’s lack of professionalism and consistency; sometimes the service seemed too casual and they didn’t give clear guidance about the hotel’s services, amenities, or offerings, which left us feeling a bit lost. A more organized welcome and clearer communication would make the experience a lot better.

Gorgeous place in a fabulous location. Dripping with history and charm. 2/4 days with no functioning wifi connection, and rather poor breakfasts

The location is excellent if you want to stay in the historic district, though the hotel itself has no parking; there is 24‑hour public parking just around the corner. Because the building is old, the room has a distinct smell reminiscent of older residents.
