The spot is great for heading to the Haram – a taxi only costs SAR 5 and the car stops right under the tunnel, from where you can take the lift straight to the Haram near King Fahd Gate. The room itself wasn’t very comfortable, the lighting was too dim, and the fridge didn’t cool properly, so my food went bad.

There’s no doubt about the hospitality, facilities, and location. Everything is excellent.

The only issue was noise from the adjacent room; some people were talking late at night and it was disturbing. The staff, on the other hand, were friendly and cooperative.
