The location and uncovered parking were good, though still spacious and closed. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, sweet and savory, with courteous and helpful staff. The building feels a bit dated; although clean and complete, even the bathroom has old furnishings. It could work for a quick stop or a pre‑flight night, but for my work stay I wanted something more comfortable, and the price‑quality balance felt off.

The internal parking, varied breakfast, wide room, and large, comfortable bed were all positives. The closed communication door to another room and the noisy vehicle were negatives.

“Overal solid”

Breakfast was solid for the number of guests, and the family room was large and comfortable. The noise, however, was a real issue—I couldn't tell what was happening, but I heard everything, from suitcases to the parking lot at midnight, which woke the whole family.

“Very average”

The driver at Hotel Oleggio Malpensa was very courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful—he went out of his way and is a real asset to the hotel. Many thanks! I was really disappointed overall: the hotel is nowhere near the airport, and a taxi costs about €90. Both breakfast and dinner offered very poor value for money. The most unacceptable moment was arriving around midnight and finding ourselves locked out, with no internet to get entry details, no emergency phone number, and no alternative contact. We were stranded outside in the middle of the night until another guest eventually let us in; without that help we would have been left outside until staff arrived in the morning. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The facilities were very average and certainly not worth the room rate we paid.
