The breakfast was decent, but that’s about it. The staff were not very friendly, the booking had my reservation wrong and I was traveling with my brother, so I wasn’t sharing a king bed with him. They moved us to a king suite with a pull‑out couch, yet the mattress on that couch was only 2 inches thick and uncomfortable. The pillows flattened instantly, there were no smart TVs—just cable—and the actual bed was also uncomfortable, making the entire stay unpleasant.

The spot is great, but the room lacked glasses and a hair dryer, and the carpet had stains in several areas – not what I paid for.

We had no positive points. After confirming our booking earlier that day, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled, along with many others, because they claimed there weren’t enough rooms cleaned; the General Manager ordered the cancellations without informing us.

Spotless rooms, a convenient spot, and the staff were friendly.

It was convenient for our family reunion. I know the property is in the middle of renovation, and this is the second year in a row we stayed. I hope that when the renovations finish they’ll put new mattresses on the beds.
