The house has everything you need for a few days of total disconnection, including sunset views. The kitchen has all utensils except for an oven and a range hood. There are two fans and mosquito nets on several windows. The location is best if you like hiking and having no neighbors nearby. Joe is attentive and gave us a bottle of fresh water when showing us the house on the first day. Joe has two goats and a pony in a structure near the house and several stray dogs on the property. We missed air conditioning, because the entire wooden house with so many windows was quite hot. Also, a small pool would have been a very favorable addition. We were also bothered by pigs screaming in a nearby farm in the mornings. In our case, when we brought a dog that needs a lot of privacy and is very reserved, we would have liked some kind of fencing to stay calm if Joe’s dogs approached and not have to run it in to avoid fights.

A magnificent place. The chalet is furnished with great taste, everything needed is there (superb kitchen!) and the view… grandiose! No matter which room of the house you are in, the spectacle is truly worth seeing, a feast for the eyes! No air conditioning, but the fans do their job and we did not suffer from the heat. Joe, the owner, is extremely friendly and always reachable if needed. If you love nature, go to this beautiful chalet in the middle of a landscape worthy of a western! We loved it!

The charm of the little house, its well-built surroundings, and of course Joe’s kindness throughout the stay. We would definitely come back. Nothing, everything was impeccable.

I can only recommend it. Beautifully located and simply a dream – we were welcomed so warmly and enjoyed the two days more than we expected. We will definitely come back.
