The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were top-notch. We rented a car and had a secure, covered parking spot, which was a huge plus. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful, and the chef, Rafael Bruzual, is a genius. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is perfect, and the breakfasts are out of this world. The only downside is the street it's located on, which is a bit hidden and surrounded by different types of houses.

The hotel is really nice and welcoming, with an amazing pool area. The staff is generally very friendly, and the breakfasts are made to order and of great quality. The WiFi is also good. It's got a backup generator and a water tank, which is a plus. The parking is covered, and it's close to the Sambil shopping center. However, we had some issues with communication when we arrived, and we had problems with the room key.

The facilities are nice, and the staff is excellent, especially the manager and the kitchen and cleaning staff, who are all super friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. The restaurant service was excellent, and the included breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I can say is that I didn't have any complaints.
