The property’s closeness to the centre, its spotless condition, Stefania’s quick replies, and the reasonably priced private parking all made for an excellent stay—you could choose it with complete peace of mind.

The host’s kindness and availability were total. The room, which has a balcony, is clean and comfortable. Proximity to Porta San Donato, with many bus stops, makes it easy to get around Bologna. The city centre is also reachable on foot in 15‑20 minutes. For us who came to attend a fair, the location was perfect because it’s well connected to the fair and yet in the city centre, near the university area.

“Ottima posizione”

I booked this place to help my father with a surgery, and the room is extremely close to the Villa Torri Hospital—really convenient. The décor is very nice, well‑heated, with TV, Wi‑Fi, and a small fridge. Public transport is good, and the city centre is a 10‑minute walk away; supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are nearby. The description of services does not mention that towel changes are only done after five days of stay.
