“A FUIR”
The hotel clearly needs maintenance work – the installations are aging and poorly kept, and cleanliness was an issue in both the rooms and the public areas, as shown in the photos we took of our room on arrival, with the beds near the pool stained. The pictures used in the listing are misleading; the property looks abandoned and bears little resemblance to the images on the booking site. We booked a suite but were given a single room, with the staff claiming the hotel was full even though we were traveling alone. The location is far from Marrakech’s centre, and the reception staff were unhelpful – they promised a taxi would arrive in five minutes, yet we waited an hour. On the bright side, if you’re looking for a Robinson‑Crusoe‑style retreat far from everything in a deserted hotel, this is the place for you.
