Lucas was very welcoming, the place was clean. The room was extremely noisy, facing the street with a very poorly sound‑isolated window. The breakfast was tiny, no fruit juice, no chocolate, only vacuum‑sealed products. The equipment was functional but very outdated. Recommended for backpackers, but at this price there are much better options.

The location is simply wonderful; the two metro lines are just steps from the house. The property is very close to the Museo stop. The position is truly excellent, with nice walks that take you to the Duomo, via Dei Tribunali, Dante, and via Toledo. With the same line you reach Vanvitelli in a few minutes and end up in Vomero. Funicular and Circumvesuviana are simple and easy to use, all conveniently via the ANM GO app with an integrated unlimited ticket; everything is perfect. Luca and his wife are kind, available, and friendly people. The double room is air‑conditioned. Luca gave us the first general information on what to see and where to go. His wife would have liked me to find dairy‑free and egg‑free products, but I told her no because I prefer it that way. I was disappointed that the description of the property did not specify that there is no elevator. It was very complicated for me. I suggest having a climate‑control system in the breakfast area.
