The price was good, the receptionist friendly, and it was surprisingly quiet even though the room sat right next to the dual carriageway. The Wi‑Fi only worked if we stood in the doorway, even though the router was mounted just above the door.

The accommodation was very comfortable. Because we were guests at a wedding in New Lux, we were very close to the wedding hall.

The walls were paper‑thin and the host was utterly unprofessional – avoid it! I would give zero stars if I could. Sound insulation in this place was, to say the least, disastrous – the walls seemed nonexistent. The guests in the room opposite were extremely loud and raucous. We heard a terrible moaning and shouting during their intimate moments, and when they finished, they turned the TV up to the max. We reported all of this to the host right away, expecting someone to intervene. Nothing happened! The man didn’t even blink at our complaint, complete disregard. I also have my own rentals, and such behavior is not tolerated there. Guests who don’t follow basic rules and house etiquette are fined and leave immediately. Here it was a total mess and nobody cared about guests. I couldn’t sleep; only around 02:30 did they finally calm down. In the morning I had a business trip, exhausted like a dog, and I didn’t get any rest. Chaos in organization and accommodation! I will never return and hope future guests don’t have to go through this.

A decent place, especially for its price. Easy to reach by car and there’s plenty of parking. The host was kind and helpful, but the cute little dog “guarding” the area was the best feature hands down. :)
