The room was very well equipped, clean, and the location was convenient close to the beach and the exit to Metrial. Parking could be a challenge, but we managed with a spot near the entrance gate, and the pools were extra paid.

I liked everything: the room was excellent and already set up for four people, there were plenty of hygienic supplies and enough hand soap, all the necessary kitchen equipment and dishes were provided, which was especially handy since the studio‑style large room lacks a separate kitchen; the floor was comfortable and the view from the window was lovely; overall, I was very pleased and thank you for such great hospitality and accommodation! ❤️

The location is wonderful, the grounds are very pretty everywhere with palms, pools, fountains, several good restaurants on site, a shop, so you can stay here without ever leaving, and it’s great! The room itself had literally EVERYTHING – a washing machine with detergent, a scale, a microwave, a large fridge, an air grill, a waffle iron and a pressure cooker (we didn’t use those three, but still cool). The bed was soft and the pillows were pleasant, everything was clean and tidy, the reception staff and the owner were very polite. The terrace view was also very beautiful! The carpet was clean too! Near the beach there were exercise machines. And in the room the mask was great – the DEHUMIDIFIER. The only issue was that upon check‑in, you had to transfer money to the owner’s Georgian card or use a terminal, so you must have cash in lari or a Georgian card on hand.

The apartments at Dreamland are magnificent. Everything you need and more is available! The modern, high‑quality renovation is pleasant to be in. The grounds are beautiful, with places to stroll. The room was very comfortable. I recommend it!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There is a microwave, a toaster, and a large fridge.
