The front desk staff were extremely friendly and there were plenty of amenities, which I appreciated. When I asked for a free coffee in the morning, the door opened abruptly instead of a knock, which startled me.

The front desk staff were genuinely courteous and attentive, making my stay pleasant; the room was clean and had a strong sense of cleanliness, which was great. No negative points.
