Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was good, but the bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator didn’t work, the outside was filthy, many men were walking around, the beds weren’t made properly and were dirty, and there was only one overall towel that was dirty.

The room was fine, and the staff and housekeeping took excellent care of me, but some guests were not good.
