The Hawaiian Ohana Home provided everything needed for a comfortable stay in Hilo, just a 6‑8 minute drive from the main strip and situated in a quiet, calm, safe area. Diana was super lovely and hospitable, and she handled a last‑minute extension without any problem. The value was terrific while staying on the east side of the island.

The quality of the services, the comfort, the cleanliness, the location, the setting, and the very beautiful welcome were all excellent. No complaints.

Diana was welcoming, had everything very organized, and supplied everything you needed. We enjoyed the casual vibe. The property is well out of town, but that’s not an issue if you have a car.
