The staff are excellent. When I arrived, I complained about the noisy room with windows facing the street, and they immediately moved me to a room without windows. The walls don’t block noise, so you have to be lucky with the neighbors next door. On the last night, a man was loudly talking on the phone at 5 am. The bed is comfortable and the hotel’s structure is very good. In the shower, sometimes the water heats up and sometimes it doesn’t, I don’t know why.
