Breakfast was adequate and fresh, staff were friendly. However the hotel had some deferred maintenance: paint was damaged, carpet had stains, and the windows needed washing.

As always, the hospitality was superb—staff paid attention to guests and the food was tasty.

The room was beautiful, located in the woods, lunch and breakfast were delightful. A stray hair clump left by housekeeping was quickly cleaned up; it didn't affect the stay but was a minor annoyance—otherwise it would have been a 10.

The location was very nice, staff were super friendly, and the dining was excellent. The hotel used room perfume, which caused my husband to have an allergic reaction.
