The setting was pretty and peaceful, though there could have been more restaurant options.

The service quality is first class, constantly making you feel special; the staff are extremely polite and helpful, every meal is à la carte and offers unique flavors, making each new dish feel like dining at a special restaurant. The only issue with the facility is that there isn’t much entertainment in Cyprus; the streets of Antalya and Fethiye are lively, but the resort itself lacks that vibe, so we rented a car and went elsewhere at night, which was the situation.

The breakfast and meals were tasty, and the grill area deserves a perfect score, but the location isn’t great. In an all‑inclusive resort, there’s a lot, but you can actually swim from the pier into the sea, and free sunbeds and umbrellas are offered, yet the drinks are paid for; you get a free drink only if you choose from a limited list, otherwise you pay. For an all‑inclusive place, why are we paying so much, especially when the resort rents out the best spot to another business?

“Excellent Hotel more than a 5 star rating thank you all for an amazing stay”

Everything was perfect—the food, the service, and every staff member was very friendly from arrival until our departure, making it the most relaxing hotel we’ve stayed in North Cyprus. We didn’t want to leave, but we’ll definitely come back soon. There are too many names to mention, but Melek and Sinem at reception were lovely and friendly, and Robin at the Zaia beach terrace was great. It was all perfect.
