The reception staff were very friendly and handed us the room without any issue even though we arrived at 1:30 pm; my husband, who’s recovering in a hospital bed with a nurse, appreciated being settled straight away after a power outage hit our whole neighborhood, and we were grateful for that.

The location, view, and cleanliness were good, but they didn’t resolve my billing issue.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and whole hotel were spotless and well maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast could be improved. It would be nice to have a greater variety of fresh fruits, breads, and cold cuts such as ham and cheese. More options would make the breakfast experience better.

The location, cleanliness, value for money, and service were all good. The cleaning crew come every morning and just start checking in, without asking if it’s okay to come in, open the door, look around, and then leave.
