The spot was convenient and the overall facilities were solid, but like most chains they now segregate pet‑owners into a separate area, which feels a bit less welcoming.

The property stayed well‑maintained, though the artwork missed my taste and they should lay rugs on the tile floors after the pool to avoid slips; water tracked through the halls and I slipped off the elevator, only noticing the slick floor when it was too late. I expected ice‑cold water all day, and the staff remained super friendly.
