I paid ₹2,000 and ended up with a tiny room that had no proper ventilation, no hot water, no drinking water, and apparently no room service. The tap was broken, towels and soap were missing, and the body wash was just a few drops diluted with water. When I raised the issue at reception, they flat‑out said, “You have already paid, so there is no option—just stay.” No customer service, no concern. The iron staircase is hard to climb for older guests, and there isn’t any proper car parking. For ₹2,000, the facilities and service were far below what one should reasonably expect, making it a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money.

The room was nice and comfortable, worth the money, but the washroom was awful 😖. There were no toiletries, and when I asked, they said everything was there in the washroom. Even the toilet roll was missing, and parts of the washroom were not cleaned at all. The first time I saw the washroom, I felt like they had abandoned it for a week.
