The staff were incredibly friendly and organized everything for us, making the whole process hassle‑free. They went out of their way to help, and the location is a little off‑the‑beaten‑path, but just a 10‑minute walk brings you to the main square, which is perfectly quiet – great for relaxing.

The staff were excellent! The Casa was conveniently close to the places we wanted to visit in Puno, and the room was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and there were no issues at all.

Nancy was kind and available, offering helpful advice and assistance with tourist bookings and transport. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The shower was lukewarm and heating was extra, but otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the location good. The owner went above and beyond when our train was delayed by 8 hours, ensuring we felt welcome at 2 am, and she let us leave our luggage for free while we stayed on the lake for a night. Outstanding!
