The service was excellent, the private onsen was lovely, the dinner was very good, the breakfast was fine, and the room was large. The location was a bit remote from services, but the bus line worked well and taxis were reliable at least during the day.

The welcome was fantastic and the staff were warm, offering daily advice all the way to the station. With half‑board, the meals were superb, tasty, and varied. The onsens were very pleasant and clean. The establishment deserves more than 2 stars. Thank you again for the best welcome of my entire stay in Japan.

The staff made our stay enjoyable; they were friendly and helpful, even providing water bottles and snacks to take on the day. It was a bit far from the station, but taxis were everywhere and a regular bus service ran. Because the bus couldn't carry large suitcases to the hotel, we needed a taxi for pick‑up and drop‑off days.
