Located right in the heart of Old Town and part of the restored heritage village, the experience was truly unique and incredible, yet the room was unbearably hot—my phone even overheated. Customer service was excellent; they moved me to another room and finally added a second cooling unit.

Thank you for such a warm welcome and for making these past few days truly pleasant and memorable; I have never felt so warmly welcomed. Dar Tantora is a truly fantastic hotel that lets you immerse yourself in the history and spirit of AlUla. Everything is beautifully thought through, from the organization and attention to detail to the exceptional cleanliness. The food was wonderful throughout our stay—from breakfast and snacks to dinner at Joontos Restaurant. Every experience was a pleasure.
