I had a lovely one‑night stay at London Eye Hotel. What I appreciated most was the calm atmosphere and the way the staff treated us with genuine kindness and respect. Everything was comfortable and well looked after, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived

The staff were friendly and the spot was convenient, but the facilities left a lot to be desired.

The hotel had a pleasant vibe and the food was good, yet the packing reception was a bit lacking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a brand-new hotel, and what truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, from securing a quiet room to providing coffee in my room and waiving the tax fee. However, I did find the room's design to be somewhat uncomfortable, which was a minor letdown in an otherwise excellent stay.
