My partner and I enjoyed an amazing stay! Huge thanks to Sham, who cared for us from check‑in onward and was always ready for any request. The location is spot‑on, making travel a breeze. The room and terrace offer gorgeous views, which is a real bonus. Plus, the breakfast is massive and absolutely tasty!

A relaxed balcony with a view. Even on a rainy day, you can sit comfortably and dry in the hanging swing. Close to restaurants and the train station. The owner, a friendly organizer, and the Tuk Tuk driver can speak English. Breakfast was good. Welcome drink. But the noise after 3 am was intense, caused by loud music from one of the “party restaurants” at the station, and it could be heard even with the doors closed. Hot water took a long time in the evening, and in the morning the shower only gave cold water.

A very nice hotel – small and cozy. A bit tucked away from the main street, but a 5‑minute walk to the lively heart of the city. Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast! A clear recommendation for White Elephant!

The staff were super friendly, ready to help, and we even got taken in an old jeep to one of our activities. The breakfasts are very hearty, letting you taste many local specialties, and the hosts are always welcoming. We couldn’t fully close the balcony door, and some bars were very loud – they played very loud music very late, which kept us from sleeping. The bathroom was a bit damp too.

The room comfort was spot on. Everything was clean. We especially appreciate the kindness of the gentleman who runs the entire hotel alone – cleaning, guest reception, service, laundry, kitchen… a very brave man who goes to great lengths to please us! Bravo to him!!!
