“Week-end à Lyon”
The location between Vieux Lyon and the shopping zone is ideal. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are quiet unless they face the street (we had two rooms). Bedding is good and breakfast is nice. The rooms are small. There are no hooks to hang items outside the wardrobe (robe or towels to dry). A kettle would have been a nice extra, especially in a 4‑star? These are just details.
The staff were very friendly and present. The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and the setting was wonderfully pleasant and out of the ordinary.

“Hôtel parfait en amoureux pour un week-end !”
The staff are adorable, attentive and caring. The hotel’s location is right in the centre, which is ideal. The pool was a let‑down – the water was cold, what a disappointment! And the walls of the rooms are extremely thin… you can hear everything. Truly everything…

La situation à deux pas de la place des Terreaux. La grande amabilité du personnel de réception et du restaurant du petit-déjeuner. Les bonnes grosses clés à l'ancienne au lieu de cartes qui marchent une fois sur deux. Le mobilier de très bon goût de la chambre. Les gobelets en carton de la salle de bain ne sont pas dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. La salle des petits-déjeuners manque d'espace quand l'hôtel est complet. Le petit-déjeuner buffet pourrait être amélioré avec des oeufs sur le plat et du bacon
