The hotel sits right in the city centre, which is spot‑on for me. The downside was the traffic noise and the toilets being in front of the rooms; some guests even showered at midnight.

The place was really clean and the staff were friendly. Bathroom cleaning was frequent, so they stayed fresh. The dorms were well set up, and the best part was the Coles right across the street.

Great spot for exploring Melbourne’s center. The kitchen is spotless and fully stocked, and Coles is just across the street. Dorms are roomy with individual lockers, but there are no curtains for extra privacy and the bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning.

Located in the heart of the city with decent facilities and clean rooms. However, it’s loud—music from the downstairs bar kept blasting past midnight on Friday, and doors slam loudly with chatter all night. Not a place for light sleepers.
