The place was awful from start to finish: everything was dirty, the toilet had to be flushed manually and was always clogged, a perennial problem admitted by the staff, the internet was short‑term, the building was under renovation so cement splashed on our car and shoes, the bathroom was cramped with a grease‑stained curtain, you could almost kiss the wall while sitting on the toilet, cabinets were moldy, the sheets’ cleanliness was questionable, the industrial chiller made the fridge noisy, neighbors sang karaoke all night until the wee hours, and the steep road made parking a nightmare.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly, but the apartment was old and poorly maintained.

Nothing was good; it was disappointing. They lied about us not booking because it didn't show up in their system, even though we had proof. The property was dirty and we had to wait for them to clean it. They tried to move us to another place, but it was too far from Burham Park, so we stayed at the place we had booked, which was a huge hassle after a long trip.
