The staff where great, very helpful and tried there best to make my stay comfortable. Unfortunately the night I booked was a local holiday, so it was full of people wanting to party. A soundsystem was blasting away in front of my window in the afternoon, which I asked to be moved. It was, but by the evening the volume increased and I left without staying a night. I was charged 2000npr cash for the two nights I didn't stay. Nice place, great staff, but don't go when there's a holiday party

One of the highlights of my stay at the resort was when they arranged a taxi to take me to the scenic viewpoint, allowing me to take in the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding forest. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the opportunity to explore the beautiful woods. Unfortunately, my room lacked heating, which made it uncomfortable to stay in during the colder moments.

As someone who visits numerous properties each year, I was impressed by the dedication of a couple of young staff members who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The location was fantastic, especially during New Year's celebrations. However, the service staff didn't quite match the same level of excellence, which was disappointing. Issues with our orders, delayed barbecue, and poorly managed fireplace, coupled with rude behavior from the chef, overshadowed the positives.
