“Perfect stay for peace of mind and comfort at the airport.”

I liked my stay overall. But it was more luck; I think if I had the upper bunk of the pods I wouldn’t have liked it as much since it’s a bit troublesome having to climb up and down the ladder each time I want to go to the toilet or something. The toilet and showers are clean, the necessary toiletries are provided and very convenient location especially if you plan to go for an early bus ride the next morning as it’s on the same floor. Will stay again for the peace of mind and comfort. I was taken aback when I saw men on my way to the toilet and showers. The actual toilets and showers are separate but the way there is not. I thought the women’s pod would be completely separate to the men’s. So hijabis may need to be more mindful when going to that area.

The spot’s great—easy access to tons of food spots, convenience stores, and shuttle buses to KLIA1 and KL Express, plus coffee, tea, and filtered water 24/7, all at a very reasonable price. The toilets were mostly clean, but a few areas in the unisex toilet‑shower combo weren’t kept up and needed some fixing, and the lighting could have been brighter.

“Suitable for short stay (less than 12 hours).”

Its proximity to the airport where one can stay at a reasonable room rate. Shared bathroom and toilet were not well‑maintained to a sufficient standard of cleanliness.

A solid choice for a few hours at the airport between flights; they hand out towels, flip‑flops, and toothbrushes. The only snag was that a suitcase can’t fit into the capsule.
