Everything at the hotel was very nice! However, the prices were much higher than what we paid directly at the hotel for the extension, so I don’t plan to use the app for great hotels like these again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful in getting me 2 connected rooms for my kids. I loved the breakfast buffet spread. The property is slightly away from main attractions in Kathmandu. The approach could've been slightly better

The hotel's location was a major highlight of my stay, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by other issues, but the convenient location was a definite plus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Halloween festivities, which added a fun and festive atmosphere to my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed by the hotel's more corporate feel, which made it seem less suited to my needs as a guest looking for a more relaxed atmosphere.

I was pleased with the quality of the spa treatments, which helped to make my stay more enjoyable. However, my experience was marred by several issues, including noisy construction next door, dirty windows, and a lack of view. To make matters worse, I was not informed about the ongoing construction before my stay, which left me feeling disappointed and misled.
