The team from reception, kitchen, and cleaning was excellent. The location is great. The pillows are poor quality and need to be replaced.

The room was spacious and the bathtub was also large. The cleaning staff made a lot of noise while tidying rooms on the floor above, waking me at 6 am. The pillows were very flat. The apartment is old, with broken items and a rusty table. I felt the breakfast could have been more substantial; basic items like cream cheese and jam were missing.

The receptionists were super attentive; we were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The air conditioning works great, and the breakfast was tasty. The pillows are not comfortable.
