I spotted a roach in the cupboard and water on the bathroom floor, so I asked for a room change but the clerk treated it like a bother, and there was mold in the bathroom floor corner.

A few weeks after checking out, the hotel withdrew money from my account for no reason—first $13, then a week later $11. They didn’t refund it, but after I requested an investigation, the charges stopped. Still, it was bad business.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the extra room and amenities. The stove was inconvenient because it was controlled by a timer; it would shut off while cooking and had to be reset, which made preparing meals—especially those needing longer cooking times—difficult.
